Juan Diego Flórez and Telefónica join forces for the tenor’s first Masterclass, retransmitted live from the Palau de la Música Catalana, which was seen by more than 100,000 followers from all corners of the globe.

With Vincenzo Scalera on piano, the Peruvian tenor introduced three young singers: the soprano Marina Monzó, the tenor Xabier Anduaga and the mezzo-soprano Aurora Faggioli.

Throughout the masterclass, Juan Diego Flórez guides each one of the students, using his experience and enormous musical knowledge to offer them detailed technical instructions and practical advice.

For this event, produced entirely by Sintonía Media for Telefónica, we had the opportunity to perform the recording of several medical examinations of the three singers that accompanied the tenor. The obtained results were shown in the masterclass with the comments of the Maestro in real time, thereby allowing us to understand physiological and acoustic aspects of the vocal technique, to which we rarely have access.
